Gary called the meeting to order
Motion to approve minutes that were published by Val, second by Mike N.  - approved
Treasurer report given by Mike Koch - Sherry Kulish made motion to approve seconded by Julie H. - approved
Old Business:
22 people haven't paid dues yet, check with people on old list to see why??
Medora - Lori handed reservation information out and to call 1-800-633-6721 (1-800-Medora-1) for packages.
She will check if can add a 3rd option which includes 1 gospel bunch with 1 golf and some couples may split.
Rooms need to be reserved by July 19, 2017.
Was decided to go to Home on the Range around 11:00 to present donation.
 
New Business:
First run schedule is April 18th to Tumbleweed, yet if weather permits, to met at Sunrise at 6:00 this Tuesday (April 11) for a short run.
The run on April 29 will be joint with Minot - Social at Ray and Lisa Zerr and then Stoney Inn, Minot to buy award for best of show.
 
Next meeting will not be at Eagles, will be held at Kentucky Darby Party May 6 and Chuck and Julie Horter, Pot Luck.

March10, 2017
 President Gary S opened the meeting and welcomed all members.  The minutes were approved by Craig   and seconded   by Val .M/C
Treasurer’s   report was given with balance of $4483.92   Val made a motion to accept treasurer’s   report   Mary S seconded.  M/C
Lori gave a report on Medora trip.  The date is August 19 and 20th.  The Minot and Fargo clubs will be invited to join us.  The donation will be $50.00 a person or $100.00 per couple.  The donation will go to the Home on the Range.  We can call 1 800 MEDORA 1 to make reservations.  Everyone will get a gift   card   back.  There is a golf option or a Gospel music brunch option.  There will be a tour of   Home on    the  Range  and  a drive thru the park.
The fall run survey only had 8   responders.  After some discussion it was   decided to go to the Super 8.  You can make your reservations now. Craig took over for Glenn and found  a  couple  of  places    everyone   should   have   some emails with details..
The event committee is finalizing the schedule   and everyone will get a email copy.  
Mike   Gunsch   showed   us a copy of the new membership form,   he will add a birthday line and send out a copy to look at.
 The first run will be April 2 for the Toppers Car Show.  Will leave Kmart parking lot at 10:00.  If the weather is bad the vets will stay home and the other vehicle will   go, as Gary  said  his  pickup   truck .  On April 29 we will be meeting with the Minot club Ray and Lisa are working on the meeting   place and let us know.
Our meeting will be April 7 at the Eagles instead of the 14 as it is Good Friday.  Supper at 6:00 and meeting   at   7:00. Tom made the motion to change the date and Craig second it.

February 10, 2017
 President Gary S opened the meeting and welcomed all members.  The minutes were approved with one correction by Diana that was thanking Chuck Horter for the silent auction handling and Mike N for the drawing of the door prizes.  Jim made a motion to approve minutes and Lisa second .M/C
Treasurer’s   report was given with balance of $4483.85
Mike mentioned we still have license plates for sale  and also window decals. We made $639.00 from the silent auction.  Ardean made a motion to approve treasurers report and Ray second. M/C
Gary thanked everyone again for making the Xmas party a great success.
Old Business:
The Fall run to the Black Hills, Gary will email everyone for a vote where to stay. The vote will be between Hart Ranch and  Super 8 in Deadwood.  Tom asked if there was anywhere else to stay.  If someone would like to check for a block of rooms 10- 15, they can give the information to Gary or myself.  Tom would like some sort of  agenda for the fall run   to know where they are going.
The schedule committee will be   meeting,   the   committee is made up of Gary and Val, Mike and Deb and Lori and Tom.
New Business:
Black Hills Corvette Rally; if someone would volunteer to take Glenn’s place to find rooms.  First Gold said we could come back in 2018. So far we don’t have a place to stay.
If you have any suggestions on places to go for Tuesdays runs email  Lori, Gary, or Deb K.
Mike N. talked about a run coming in August called Corvettes @ Carlye.  Aug 20- 27.  Chuck and Julie. And   Mike  and Mary N  and Mike   and Vicky are going so far  if your interested  talk to Mike N. for the details.
Chuck also brought up the National Park tour Sept. 17- 23.  These were in the National Corvette Magazine.  He also said the Chevy club is going to a Barrette Jackson Auction in January.  Talk to Chuck for more details.
There was discussion about the swap meet, they thought the best time might be is before the Medora weekend.  Then we could invite other clubs to it.

January 14, 2017
 President Gary S opened the meeting and welcomed all members.  Gary thanked the decorating committee and Vicky and Mike Gunch for setting up the pictures. Also to Bruce for doing all the treasurer duties while Mike was gone.
Treasurer’s   report was given with balance of $4006.00
Terry made the motion to re-elect all the officers Gary   as President, Lori as Vice- President, Diana as Secretary, and Mike as Treasurer. Tom second the motion. M/C
Old Business:
The schedule committee will be   meeting,   the   committee is made up of Gary and Val, Mike and Deb and Lori and Tom.
A special thank you to Mike N and Chuck H. for handling the auction.
Mike Gunch   made a motion to send $50.00    to the Veterans Cemetery   in   memory of Herman   Preszler.. Ardean second M/C.
The free membership drawing   was Chuck and Jean Weeks and Ron and Jackie Isaac.
Tom brought up the subject of a swap meet. Gary   said it will be   brought up in the coming meeting.
There are still license plates available   and also corvette bags for $10.00 each.
Next month’s meeting will be February 10 at the Mandan   Eagles.

Old Business:
Medora outing 2017   no further information will send out information when time  to make reservations.
CDT Christmas Party   Chuck H and Mike N   will handle silent auction items.  Everyone is encouraged to bring items as this is our fund raiser.  Our old compact computer will be let go of at the silent auction as the club no longer uses it.  The planning committee is coming along with the decorations   gifts etc.
2017 Fall Run @ Hart Ranch   Sept. 21- 24  If we need to change date we need to talk to Rich Barta.
Charity committee will be meeting, these will be for 2017 as all donations are done for 2016.
Updating membership form nothing yet
If anyone has an photo’s of cars, trips, people send them to Mike Gunch for the Xmas party

The November  meeting of Corvettes of Dakota Territory meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM at Eagles Club   in Mandan by President Gary Stefanovsky.    Minutes were discussed and approved by Terry  and 2 by Mary Scott  M/C                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              The Treasurer’s report was given  with a balance of $2982.25   Jim S  approved and 2 by Tim R. M/C   BSC Scholorship our club was published in book, Gary and Val went to dinner- was very nice. Have one license plate left and 11 window stickers.                                                                                                                       Old Business:
          (1)     Medora outing nothing new
(2)  CDT Christmas Party- Mary Siewart asked for $500.00 for decorations, gifts, this was made in motion by Tom Ekstrom and 2nd by Tom Leier  M/C
Silent auction committee  Chuck Horter and Mike Neigum
Food- Lori Leier talked to Baymount  and will have a total at Dec. mtg.
New Business:
1.       Richard Barta made reservations for Hart Ranch fall run  in 2017. You can reserve your room anytime starting now. The prices will be the same next year. Colt II and Colt III. Along with Lodge rooms.

2.   The December meeting will be at Gary and Val’s home again.  Please RSVP Gary for a head count as he needs a number for the pizza.  Please bring your own drinks and an  item to share ( dessert, bars, chips etc) The ugly shirt or sweater contest  will happen again!!!!

3.   The charity committee will meet to decide which   charities to donate to.  The committee is Glen & Mary S, Gary & Val, Jim & Mary S, Lori & Tom L.

Talked about supporting Mandan Eagles 3 Tuesday in Dec for their steak dinner.

The October   meeting of Corvettes of Dakota Territory meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM at Eagles Club   in Mandan by President Gary Stefanovsky, with 14 voting members present.  Gary welcomed all members and thanked everyone for coming.  Minutes were discussed and approved by Lori  and 2 by Bill   M/C                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              The Treasurer’s report was given  with a balance of $3978.06   AJ  approved and 2 by Val H. M/C                                                                                                                          Old Business:
          (1)     Gary commented on the fall run with 18 cars attending and the stay at the Hart Ranch, everyone enjoyed the tour of the air force base and the stay at the Hart Ranch.  Everyone had a good time!
(2)  Lori gave more information about the Medora trip.  It was decided Home on the Range will be the charity we give too.  She stated tours are available at the Home on the Range.  We can start making reservations in April. The pkg will run $309.00 which includes tickets, room, Gospel brunch, park tickets etc.  As the date comes closer I will post more information. The date is Aug 19 and 20th, 2017.
New Business:

The September   meeting of Corvettes of Dakota Territory meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM at Eagles Club   in Mandan by President Gary Stefanovsky, with 11 voting members present.  Gary welcomed all members and thanked everyone for coming.  Minutes were discussed and approved by Al  and 2 by Craig   M/C                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              The Treasurer’s report was given  with a balance of $3768.36   AJ  approved and 2 by Mike N. M/C                                                                                                                          Old Business:
          (1)     We will leave from Baymont  ( old Seven seas) at 9;00 am sharp
(2)  The Club discussed the fall CDT picnic   Sept 11    AJ and Mike N. will direct the parking of the corvettes.  Gary will take individual pictures of vets. Wear 40th Anniversary shirts if you have them.
New Business:
1.    Lori  gave a report on the charity run  for the  Medora weekend Aug 19 & 20, 2017  is set for the date.  There  was   discussion  about  which  charity  and the club liked the idea the money stay in North Dakota.  Home on the Range was decided on. Mike made the motion that the run will be $50.00 per person or $100.00 per couple with Home on the Range being the charity we are donating to Tom 2nd M/                                                                                                          2. The August   meeting of Corvettes of Dakota Territory meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM at Eagles Club   in Mandan by President Gary Stefanovsky, with 12 voting members present.  Gary welcomed all members and thanked everyone for coming.  Minutes were discussed and approved by Al  and 2 by Lori   M/C                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              The Treasurer’s report was given  with a balance of $3563.30   Ray  approved and 2 by Ron I. M/C                                                                                                                          Old Business:
          (1)  Fall run & Hart Ranch   rooms need to be reserved by Aug. 22   We will leave from Baymont ( old seven seas) at 9;00 am sharp
(2)  The Club discussed the fall CDT picnic  Sept 11    The club will furnish chicken , potatoe salad and cole slaw   please bring drinks and dish to share.  Vicky will be sending postcards to all old members to invite them, with RSVP required, so she has a head count for the food.  The building is reserved from  4:00 to 11:00. Ron made the motion for the club to pay for postcards, postage, and the chicken and cole slaw, and potatoe salad Tom L. second M/C
New Business:
1.    Lori  gave a report on the charity run  for the  Medora weekend Aug 19 & 20, 2017  is set for the date.  There  was   discussion  about  which  charity  and the club liked the idea the money stay in North Dakota.  Home on the Range was suggested.  There will be a donation per car to participate in this  event,   that would be the donation to the charity. ( Can add more if you wish to) The group would stay at the Badlands Hotel   and the cars would be parked all together.  It was suggested to invite the Minot Club and the Fargo Club and everyone thought it was a good idea.  There was talk about the Gospel Brunch instead of the fondue, as people haven’t been satisfied with the food for the price.  For two nights it would be 454.00 which includes musical, room, fondue or (Gospel Brunch)   plus every couple attending would get a $100.00 gift card to be used as they   wish  food, gas etc.  There will be more information following.                                                                                                                           2. Birthday calendar    No further   information   at this time.
2.   August run     16th  Rusty’s  at St. Anthony’s,   23 meet at Sunrise and do a drive and decide where to eat as Lincoln Italian  restaurant closed  August 30th  Stoney Inn .
3.   Car Shows NW Tire Sunday Aug. 14, from 12:00 to 3:00  and OK Tire on Monday Aug. 15   from 6:00 to 9:00
4.   Kupper Car Show Sept. 10th, that is where the club will donate $500.00 to the National Guard Fund   The car show is from 11:00 to 2:00   with hamburgers and   hotdogs.  The club is hoping for a good club turnout so the club members can be present to donate the check.
5.   Mike G. is working on updating the membership form.

                      Meeting Minutes for the July 8, 2016 meeting
The July  meeting of Corvettes of Dakota Territory meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM at Eagles Club   in Mandan by President Gary Stefanovsky, with 18 voting members present.  Minutes were discussed and approved by Chuck H and 2 by Mike K   M/C                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              The Treasurer’s report was given  with a balance of $4149.52  need to pay postal box of 86.00 Jim S approved and 2 by Craig                                                                       Old Business:
          (1)  Leave at 9:00 at Baymont for Black Hills Rally.
(2)  The Club discussed the fall run Sept 22-25, Gary told the group of the prices of the Hart Ranch.  They are $60.00 night for a Colt cabin and $70.00 night for Colt 2 cabin.  All cabins have bathroom facilities.  Please call and reserve your cabin. Phone number in events on top of page.
Vicky had nothing to report on the 40th  year celebration, we talked about picnic Sept.11 at JC park 4-11 pm  will try to take group pictures.                                        Buggies and Blues:  17 cars had a great time   
Wisconsin rally 8 cars great time, ND was mentioned by Wisconsin club that they were a fun group

For Tuesday night supper runs the departure time is 6:00 p.m. sharp, unless otherwise stated. For all events east of the Missouri River, we depart from the new Sunrise Exxon gas station closet to the new east Dan’s and Gee-Williquor’s on Centennial Road, east Bismarck.  For events west of the river, we depart from the abandon Central Market parking lot on West Main Street, between 4th & 6th Ave. NW, in Mandan.  If you cannot be on time catch up to us, you are in a corvette.

The June  meeting of Corvettes of Dakota Territory meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM at Eagles Club   in Mandan by President Gary Stefanovsky, with 15 voting members present.  Gary welcomed new members Adam and GiGi Leintz and Tim Rostyedt to the club.

Meeting Minutes for the May 7, 2016 meeting
The May meeting of Corvettes of Dakota Territory meeting was called to order at Chuck and Julie Horter’s home by President Gary Stefanovsky, with 12 voting members present.
Mary   made motion to accept Secretaries minutes with correction of $500.00 not $50. To BSC Val second the motion.  M/C                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              The Treasurer’s report was given by Mike saying $210.00 for new members, 20.00 for sale of bag/pillow.  Checks to $150.00 Roughrider car club, 85.00 Dakota award, $500. To BSC leaving balance of $4012.60   Lisa made motion to accept treasurer’s report and Val 2nd m/c
Old Business:
Both Corvette Rally and fall run have 5/6 reserved rooms so far.
Buggies and Blues- Gary and Ardean cars on T-shirts. Look good, the Bat Mobile will be there.  More information on time and line up will be coming with June 10 meeting.
Decals- Mike and Mary Niegum showed the decals (they did good job). Was decided to sell for $5.00 apiece.  Mike Koch has them.
Shirts- Several people have and just reminder to get orders in to Shirt Shack if want one.  Roughrider car show May 14, and 15th- stage at 10:00 Sunday to drive into Elks parking lot and park together.  Remember dance Saturday night starting at 8:00.
New Business:

Next year’s Garrison run will be same time frame.  We thank Ray and Lisa for the nice hosting job and they will be looking into different options for next year on catering.
The Tuesday run to Flasher is in question as road construction is underway, Mike N will be checking this out as it may need to change.
Gary talked about Corvette web site and putting birth dates (no ages), Mary Boehm volunteered to get members birthdates for the site.
New Membership forms- Mike Gunsch has forms plus we can print off of the website.  Will have Al Braun check with Kupper about sponsorship for the corvette club since the business name is on our membership form.
