Meeting was called to order by President Tim Rostvedt.
Tim thanked Jeanne and Al for hosting the monthly meeting.
Gary made motion and Mike N. seconded to approve the Secretaries minutes.  M/C
Treasurer’s report was given by Glenn Siewert. $874 was donated to our fund for charitable giving.  Donations were made to   Make   a Wish, Carries Kids, and National Guard.  The ending balance is $4262.00   Rocky   R. made a motion to accept  treasurers report Mary N second. M/C   A letter was read from the National Guard thanking the club for the donation.
Old Business:
Jerry Heck is willing to update the website.  Tim will talk to him.
New Business:
Jeff Wuitschick offered to do a BSC Shop Tour on Saturday or Sunday either this fall or next spring.  It was decided to wait until next April.
Monthly meetings were discussed as to whether we should continue them or take a recess because of Covid and having to be indoors.  A motion was made by Avie P to not have any meetings until next April, it was seconded by Mary N.  We will not have an annual meeting as all officers are willing to run for another year. M/C

Emails will be sent out periodically by the president to keep people connected.  If you have any news or information to be added to  this  email  send  it  to  timros28@hotmail.com
Since there will be no Christmas Party this year, a motion was made by LouAnn  and seconded by Ruth to use the money that is typically spent for the party to print the cookbooks. Every member   will receive a copy of this cookbook. M/C
Reminder   that the $30.00 membership is due January 1.  A check   can   be   sent   to   Glenn   Siewert P.O.   625 , Bismarck ,ND 58502
Rocky and Ruth   are   willing   to   host   the   Kentucky Derby party in May 2021 at their home ( Covid  permitting)

President Tim Rostvedt called the meeting to order.  He thanked Al and Jeanne Braun for hosting the meeting.
Dave made a motion to approve the secretaries minutes and Bill second. M/C
Ardean made a motion to accept treasurer’s report with a bank balance of $4689.14 with 53 paid members. Tom L. second   M/C
 Old Business:
Thank you to Rocky and Ruth   for   getting   the box supper for us tonight.
Pictures were taken on Wednesday, Sept 9 for the website.  If anyone wants a copy of their pictures,   call or text Jerry Heck @ 701 319 0199   A   special   thank you to Jerry and Sandy for doing the pictures.
Fall run, if anyone is interested call Tim and LuAnn,   (last weekend in Sept).  They  will  have a meeting to coordinate   details.
There is no silent auction tonight.  So if you brought a charitable donation, please give it to the treasurer Glenn.  Make the check to CDT.  Thank you.   The Charitable committee gave a report that the donations will be the same as last year.
Sept. 15th meet at north Exxon @ 6 pm to drive to Rocky’s and Ruth’s home for a sack supper. Remember your lawn chairs.

Cruise night October 6th.  We have lost the Sanford parking lot, Tim will do some checking and get back to us with an area to park.
Last  month’s   oil    change winners were Gaylyn and Sheri, Gary and Val and Ardean and Diana.
There was discussion about the website, Tim stated Jerry Heck maybe interested  in  updating  it,  Members stated they would like to see a member of the club updating it and the club pay them.  Tim will talk to Jerry.

Secretary’s minutes were accepted as read. Al made motion to accept minutes, Dwight   second M/C
Treasurer’s report – 53 members.  New members are Cary & Doreena   Blumhagen
 Have $4659.09 in our checking account, Rocky made motion to accept treasurer’s report   second M/C
The Charitable Giving Committee has not met yet.
Old Business:
It was decided that we   will not go to Rusted Rail on Tuesday, August 18th.  Instead we will meet at north Exxon and go to Dwight and Carol   Eckart’s  home  again.
August 25 – Meet at north Exxon and go to McDowell Dam.
September 1 – Cruise Night
September 8 – Meet at north Exxon and go to Rakow’s.  Bring sack lunch and lawn chairs.
September 11 Regular meeting to be held at Al and Jeanne Braun’s house  we will meet @ 6pm for supper ( Ruth Rakow is looking to get boxed chicken dinners for the meeting for each person the club will pay for them,  We need count by Sept.9 call or text Ruth Rakow if you will be coming 471-6374.
September 13 – Picnic and Silent Auction cancelled
Fall Run is still on hold.  We were invited to join the Sioux Falls Fall Color Run to the Black Hills but it was decided not to join them.
Jerry Heck is willing to take pictures of our cars.  We are going to look for a good place (with shade) to do those.
New Business:                                                                                                                                                             The picnic and Auction at Rakow’s has been cancelled so it was discussed what to do instead.  It was decided that we will have our Friday (September 11) meeting at Al & Jeanne Brauns house.  We will meet at 6 pm for supper at their home.  Ruth Rakow will look into getting boxed chicken dinners for each person.  The club will pay for them.  We will need a count by September 9th.  Call or text Ruth Rakow if you will be attending at 471-6374 by September 9th.  Bring your own beverages.  We will not be having our Silent Auction this year but instead are asking for a charitable contribution to CDT.  Bring your contribution to the picnic or get it to Glenn Siewert.
We received a thank you note from the BSC Foundation for the scholarship we gave them.
Coming car shows –
Monday – August 17 – First Lutheran BHS Car Show in BHS parking lot
August 29 – Class car and truck show at St. Anthony from 12-5

Meeting was called to order by President Tim Rostvedt.
Secretary’s minutes were approved as read   Lori made the motion to accept with Al Braun seconding. M/C
Treasurer’s report was given 52 members.
We have $5129.05 in our checking account   Ron I made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s report with Tom E seconding   M/C
Old Business:
Recipe Committee will continue taking recipes   until the end of July. Please send them to aharstad@bis.midco.net.
New Business:
The new calendar was discussed.
If you are not getting emails by Monday with the Tuesday run details. Please text Tim at 400-0443.
We discussed food for the picnic in Sept. at Rakows. It was decided that if we have hand sanitizer at the beginning of the line for everyone to use, we were all okay with a potluck.
The Fall Run to the Black Hills- there is interest in going but the decision won’t be made until a couple of weeks before.  The Fall Run is usually held in the end of Sept.
Kool Deadwood Nights- Jim and Mary Scott are going Thursday- Sunday. If anyone is interested in going with them please call them, they are staying at Springfield Inn.
A group picture was discussed in front of the Capitol.  We will be setting a date to do that. Watch for information coming soon.

 Schedule for Tuesday Night Runs:
July 21  Meet at Mandan Runnings at 6 pm and we will drive to Tom and Del Ekstrom’s home (4805 Highland Road-Mandan) for a sack supper. Bring lawn chairs.
July 28   Meet at Sunrise Exxon at 6pm and we will drive to Captain’s Cabin in Washburn for supper.
August 4 Cruise Night on Main (meet at the parking lot of Main & 7th) at 6pm
August 11 Meet at Sunrise Exxon at 6pm   we will drive to Ardean & Diana Harstad’s home (6536 Leisure Lane  north Bismarck) for a sack supper . Bring lawn chairs.
August 18th   Meet at Sunrise Exxon at 6 pm and we will drive to Underwood to the Rusted Rail.
August 25 Meet at Sunrise Exxon at 6pm and we will drive to McDowell Dam on old Hwy 10 for a sack supper. Bring lawn chairs.
Sept 1 Cruise night on Main
Sept. 8 TBA
Sept 13 Fall picnic at Rocky & Ruth Rakow’s home (13003 Hwy 83) @  4:30pm . We will eat at 5:30 with meeting to follow. This is when we will have our silent auction fundraiser.  Please think what you would like to contribute.
If the Tuesday weather is bad, watch your emails for any changes in the schedule.

The meeting was clled to order by President Tim Rostvedt, he thanked Jim and Mary Scott for inviting us to their shop for the meeting.

President Tim Rostvedt called the meeting to order.
Lori made a motion to accept Secretaries   minutes, Rich second   M/C.
Glenn gave the   Treasurer’s   report  with a balance of $4736.79, so far we have 39 paid members.  Jim Scott made the motion to accept treasurer’s report Bill P second M/C.


Old Business:

 Planning committee:  will meet    at Tim and LuAnn’s   on Thursday 19th @ 2. On the committee is Tim and LuAnn, Rocky and Ruth, Ardean and Diana, Evie and Paul, Jen and Craig, Tom and Lori.
Charitable will meet sometime this month   and bring a report next month.
Recipe book:  We are still asking for recipes from all members we want to put together a corvette member recipe book   please   submit your favorite recipes to aharstad@bis.midco.net.
Officers will meet to sign by laws after meeting.
Topper’s car show March 28 – 29   in Fargo.
The Corvette Classic in Deadwood is in July (15 to 18)   We will do some checking on rooms and get back to the club.                                                        


Tim asked if anyone wanted text messages for reminders for the runs or spur of the moment runs   a paper was sent around with names   and phone numbers.

Vice President Karl Rakow called meeting to order.
Jim Scott made the motion and Tom E second to accept   secretary’s minutes.
Glenn gave the treasurer’s report with   the balance $4966.70.  To date we have 31 paid members. AJ made the motion to approve treasurers report Gary second. M/C

Old Business:
Karl thanked Mary Neigum, Diana Harstad, Mary Siewert and Irene McCollum for their help and work with the Christmas Party.

New Business:
1.)   Discussion of Silent Auction:  There was discussion about maybe having the silent auction at the picnic, because the lack of members attending.  Many of our members go south for the winter or take vacations at this time.  We will discuss more at the next meeting.
2.)   Planning committee   Tom and Lori Leier, Karl and Ruth Rakow, Tim and LuAnn Rostvedt, Ardean and Diana Harstad, Paul and Evie Klemetson.  This committee will be meeting  in March.
3.)   Charitable committee consists of Mary Neigum, Julie Horter, Mike Gunsch.
4.)   Web site update  Bruce and Jamie work on the web site  with some help from Mike Gunsch.
5.)   Recipe Book Committee reported that this is an ongoing project.  Recipe’s  can be sent to Diana @   aharstad@bis.midco.net.   They can be as many as you would like to submit, if we get doubles will acknowledge all submitters. 
6.)   We discussed membership dues   date.  We need dues to be submitted as early as possible   due to our   budget.   If you will not be rejoining please send me an email so we can remove your name.  As to date we have 32 unpaid members. We   will be discussing this further at the next meeting.  Dues can be mailed to Corvettes of Dakota Territory  P.O. Box 625  Bismarck, ND 58502  Dues are $30.00
7.)   Vicky gave a report on replacing the bricks.  We have sent money and they will be sending us the old   bricks when they are replaced.  Thanks Vicky and Mike for doing this for the club.

President Lori called the meeting to order.   Thanked everyone for coming out. The free oil change drawing went to Glenn and Mary Siewert.

Ardean made a motion to approve treasurer’s report with a balance of $4162.95 with LuAnn seconding the motion. M/C
Old Business:
1.   Puklich   Revealing  Party  we  will try to go as a group at 1:00  on Tuesday, November 19th .  Lori will bring a thank you card to give to Heide for the oil changes and sponsorship.
2.   Bismarck State College Foundation   Dinner   Lori and Tom went, Lori said it was very nice and hoped everyone would have a chance to go at some point.
  New Business:
1.   Dec. 13th meeting @ Gary and Val’s   9805 26th Street NE   Bismarck.  Bring   dessert or snack to share. Please bring your own drinks, and the club will buy pizza.  Please RSVP to me if you plan to attend so we have a count to the number of pizza’s   we need.  Paul and Evie volunteered to pick up the pizza’s.
2.   Election of officiers;   Tim Rostvedt  has agreed to step up into the President’s position, but we need a vice president,  Diana and Glenn have agreed to stay into their positions as secretary and treasurer.
3.   January 11th   Christmas Party at the Eagles   and annual meeting;   There  was   a motion by Tom to give the decorating and party committee $500.00 seconded by Bob. M/C   Please remember to bring silent auctions items, it doesn’t have to be corvette items.  This is our big fund raising event for the donation fund.
4.   Mike G. brought up the subject of the worn brick at   Bowling     Green    at   the National Corvette Museum. Tom and Gaylyn   made the motion and second   to   purchase   a replacement  brick  for  the  worn  one   a new hexagon  for the inside with our name on it. M/C
