Participation Incentive.
A participation incentive was approved to encourage and reward participation in club events. Anytime a member and their significant other attends a club function their name will recorded and entered into a grand prize drawing at the end of the year. This is a fun event and provides an opportunity to reward someone who makes CDT participation a priority! Last year 3 members were awarded a free 2013 membership and $20.

Vice –President Mary Scott called the meeting to order
The meeting minutes were approved by Gary and Don. Motion carried.
Al Braun gave the treasurers report. We have 4969.63 in the account. Al said so far 49 members have paid, but he expects there will be 55 paid members.
There were no events planning committee report as the committee hasn’t met yet.
The event in Garrison with the Minot club is set for May 11. There has been no meeting place (north Walmart) and departure time etc so at the May meeting these final items will have to be set.
Chuck brought up the subject of the first Tuesday of the month on Main Street. He suggested we meet and have a place picked for supper and drag main with all the other car clubs!!! He felt we should support this event.
Please remember the dates for Buggies and Blues – June 8th and 9th.
We had two visitors at our meeting Ken Rutter and Todd Muggerud. Todd joined our club. Welcome Todd.
An update of the Nascar event. It is full.
President Wangler obtained new club “Cuzzies” (beverage covers) for the club. They will sell for $1.00 apiece. We also have some Dakota Territory license plates available for $10.00 apiece, limited quantity first come first served. Please remember new members you can get your name tags from Capital Trophy they’re available in three sizes.
