CORVETTES OF DAKOTA TERRITORY DECEMBER MEETING MINUTES
Call to order: The December 5th meeting was called to order at 7:10 PM by Pres. Mary Scott. There were 30 members in attendance.
Approval of Minutes: The minutes for the November meeting were not reviewed or approved. This point will be addressed once the minutes are submitted for review.
Treasurer’s Report: Treasurer Al Braun reported that the CDT financial balance is $4057.47. Motion to approve Treasurer’s report was made by Lori Leier and seconded by Gary Stefanovsky. Motion carried.
Old Business:
A. Christmas party.
The annual Christmas Party will be held on January 17 at the Seven Seas. Cost of the meal is $26.00. Further information regarding times will be forthcoming. This would be a good time to pay the 2015 Club Dues. The dues continue to be $30.00 per year. The cost of the dues can be added to the cost of the meal. Pres. Mary Scott will ask for a “count” of who will be attending prior to the event.
B. Meeting Rooms for 2015:
A discussion about where the Club should hold its meetings was discussed. The Bar-M is sometimes inadequate to comfortably seat the attendees. Pres. Scott will check whether the West Side Bar, The Stage Stop or the Elks would be a good alternative for the Club to meet.
New Business:
1.Election of Officers:
There was a nomination for Gary Stefanovsky to be placed on the ballot for President. He declined. The current slate of officers were unanimously re-elected for another one year term. Special thanks is extended by the Club to Mary Scott, President; Gary Stefanovsky, Vice-president; Al Braun, Treasurer and Diana Harstad, Secretary.
Adjornment: A motion to adjourn was made by Lisa Zerr, seconded by Mary Neigum. Motion carried. Meeting ended at 7:20 PM
