Corvettes of Dakota Territory
President Lori Leier (527-2419 : Vice – President  Tim Rostvedt (400-0443)): Secretary/Newsletter: Diana Harstad (570-2001):  Glenn Siewert Treasurer (400-1561)   

                                                           April 12, 2019     

President Lori Leier   called meeting to order. Nineteen   voting units present .President Lori thanked everyone for coming out.
Craig made a motion to approve Secretaries minutes with Gary   seconding the motion. M/C
Glenn gave the   treasurer’s   report   with   a new balance of $5847.90. Bill   motioned to accept   treasurers   report  seconded by Rocky  M/C  Current membership 53 members.
Old Business:
. Lori thanked everyone on event planning committee.  The new pocket schedule was handed out
Medora run fund raiser   Mary   has the date Aug. 10 and 11.  There is a package deal again   $372.82.  There was discussion and it was decided if some want to make it a day trip that is up to each member, if you want the deal you need to contact Medora and make the arrangements for the above date..
The two charities that won the vote were Make a Wish and Karries Kids, these two will be given $250.00 each.
The license plate was voted down.
Lori read a letter from John Vondall, he received the BSC scholarship.  The banquet will be Oct 10, our club can be represented by a couple.
New Business:
The first run will be April 16th. Supper will be at Lucky 13.
April 23rd   Tumbleweed Bar & Grill  Lincoln
April 27th   Zerr’s in Garrison  leave at 1:00 from North Parking lot, bring snack to share.
April 30th Rusty’s at St Anthony’s   ( we leave from old central market parking lot in Mandan).
May 4th Kentucky Derby @ Rocky’s and Ruth   13003  Hwy 83  3:30 pm  meeting @ 4:00  bring dish to share
May 18th  11:30 High tea party   at 3716 Poseidon Loop hosted by Julie H. and Mary N. finest hats if wanted   RSVP Julie @ 258-6616
May 18th   2:00 to 6:00pm Sherri’s retirement party at Gaylynn  Beckers 4608 Chamberlain Place
Pucklich will be giving a free oil change for the Tuesday’s runs,  it will be a drawing from participants.
With no other business Gary made motion to adjourn and Tom E. second M/C
Diana sec.
Just for your information I sent postcards to Tuesday run locations, so they have a heads up we are coming.
