Corvettes of Dakota Territory
1976-2018
President Lori Leier (527-2419 : Vice – President  Tim Rostvedt (400-0443)): Secretary/Newsletter: Diana Harstad (570-2001):  Glenn Siewert Treasurer (400-1561)   
November 8th , 2019

President Lori called the meeting to order.   Thanked everyone for coming out. The free oil change drawing went to Glenn and Mary Siewert.
Dwight made a motion to approve the secretaries minutes and Gary second it. M/C
Ardean made a motion to approve treasurer’s report with a balance of $4162.95 with LuAnn seconding the motion. M/C
Old Business:
1.   Puklich   Revealing  Party  we  will try to go as a group at 1:00  on Tuesday, November 19th .  Lori will bring a thank you card to give to Heide for the oil changes and sponsorship.
2.   Bismarck State College Foundation   Dinner   Lori and Tom went, Lori said it was very nice and hoped everyone would have a chance to go at some point.
  New Business:
1.   Dec. 13th meeting @ Gary and Val’s   9805 26th Street NE   Bismarck.  Bring   dessert or snack to share. Please bring your own drinks, and the club will buy pizza.  Please RSVP to me if you plan to attend so we have a count to the number of pizza’s   we need.  Paul and Evie volunteered to pick up the pizza’s.
2.   Election of officiers;   Tim Rostvedt  has agreed to step up into the President’s position, but we need a vice president,  Diana and Glenn have agreed to stay into their positions as secretary and treasurer.
3.   January 11th   Christmas Party at the Eagles   and annual meeting;   There  was   a motion by Tom to give the decorating and party committee $500.00 seconded by Bob. M/C   Please remember to bring silent auctions items, it doesn’t have to be corvette items.  This is our big fund raising event for the donation fund.
4.   Mike G. brought up the subject of the worn brick at   Bowling     Green    at   the National Corvette Museum. Tom and Gaylyn   made the motion and second   to   purchase   a replacement  brick  for  the  worn  one   a new hexagon  for the inside with our name on it. M/C

With no other business AJ made the motion to adjourn and Gary   M/C   Diana Sec.
