8 Members representing 4 memberships (not a quorum) present.
The meeting was called to order by Vice President Val Wangler.
Chuck & Julie Horter were unable to attend tonights meeting: Burce McCollom will keep minutes.
The Minutes of the October 8th, 2010 Meeting were approved with a correction of the Christmas Party Date to Saturday  January 15, 2011. The motion for approval was made by Mike Neigum , seconded by JoAnn Wangler and carried by voice vote.
Bruce McCollom  gave the treasurer’s report.  Current membership stands at 59 members and the check book balance as of November 9, 2010 is 3619.56. The motion for approval was made by Marcie Wuitschick,  seconded by Mary Neigum and carried by voice vote.
The Christmas party to be held Saturday January 15, 2010 at the Seven Seas  was discussed. Photos of club events from this year should be sent to Mike Gunsch. Silent Auction items have been purchased. If the club wants to have some games at the party, a committee is needed. A decorations committee consisting of Irene McCollom, JoAnn Wangler and Mary Neigum was appointed by VP Wangler.
It was estimate that about 6 Corvettes and 100 cars total participated in the Dragging Main Cruise in Bismarck on November 2nd.
Bruce McCollom read a letter dated October 12, 2010 from Bethany Andrist Bismarck State College Foundation. The letter indicated that CDT made $500 donations for an Automotive Technology Scholarship in the fall of 2007 and 2008 and asked us to consider one for 2010. It was the consensus of those present that it is CDT’s intent that this be done every year, financial condition permitting. Bruce indicated that he had reviewed the Secretaries and Treasurers and found a reminder letter from BSCF dated July 2008 but no others until now. Bruce called Bethany today: She said that would still very much appreciate a donation and will still be able to award it to a deserving student. BSCF will send a reminder letter each year in July. A motion to donate $500 now was made by Bruce McCollom, seconded by Jeff Wuitschick and carried by a voice vote.
Bruce McCollom read a letter dated September 27, 2010 from the Secretary of State of ND regarding a federal tax exempt status deadline. Bruce will check into this further.
Jeff Wuitschick reported that he had tried to access the members only section of the CDT web site and was unable to.   Bruce will check further into this matter.
A motion to adjourn was made by JoAnn Wangler, seconded by Bruce McCollom and carried by voice vote at 7:45 PM.
Respectfully submitted,
Bruce McCollom, Treasurer
