Participation Incentive.
A participation incentive was approved to encourage and reward participation in club events.  Anytime a member and their significant other attends a club function their name will recorded and entered into a grandprize drawing at the end of the year.  This is a fun event and provides an opportunity to reward someone who makes CDT participation a priority!    Last year 3 members were awarded a free 2012 membership and $20.
 Secretary Position Open!
No candidates surfaced in the recent election for the secretary position.  Chuck and Julie Horter will continue to perform the functions until a member surfaces with the expressed interest to take over the position. Anyone interested in taking on this fun position should contact Val Wangler.

Mike Koch overviewed the Tuesday night cruise schedule and no changes were suggested.  Everyone expressed appreciation for the work for done by Mike and Deb Koch with input provided by Pete Weisbeck.
Discussion took place on different locations for a departure site for Tuesday Cruise nights on the east side of the river.  After a brief discussion it was decided that the clark Station was the best venue. A new stop light has provided for better traffic control at that intersection. Kupper on Main in Mandan will continue to be the west of the river departure site.
